This Privacy Policy describes how Ido Bruker ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our Jira addon ("Service"). Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting it.

We do not collect or store any personal data. The Service processes the content of the design documents you provide for the sole purpose of generating epics, stories, and tasks.

An analysis of the document is temporarily cached in Atlassian's Forge key-value storage to improve performance and user experience. This cache does not contain your original document and is automatically deleted approximately every hour.

The content you provide is used exclusively to perform the core function of the Service, which is to generate Jira issues. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

We do not have our own servers or databases to store your data. All processing and temporary caching occurs within the Atlassian ecosystem. We rely on Atlassian's security measures, including the use of JWT authentication, to ensure that data is handled securely during processing.

If you uninstall the Service, any cached data stored by the app in Atlassian Forge storage is automatically marked for deletion by Atlassian.

We do not share your data with any third parties. The analysis result is only stored temporarily as a cache within the Atlassian Forge infrastructure.

Our Service does not use cookies or any other tracking technologies.

Since we do not store personal data, there are no user accounts or profiles to manage. The temporary cache is deleted automatically, and you can clear any data stored by the app by uninstalling it from your Jira instance.

The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes in accordance with Atlassian Marketplace standards.
