Terms of Service

Welcome to the service provided by Ido Bruker ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Jira addon ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Our Service provides a tool that, through a design document prompt and other user-inserted parameters, creates a well-structured epic with all its stories and related tasks to save users time and effort in the product development lifecycle.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Uploading content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or is otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, disable, interfere with, disassemble, copy, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually. The fee is based on your Atlassian Jira site's user count, not the number of individuals who use the Service.

Refund policies are in accordance with the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. Generally, a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase is available.

You can terminate your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app from your Jira instance, in accordance with Atlassian Marketplace policies. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You retain full ownership of the documents you provide to the Service and the epics, stories, and tasks generated by the Service ("Generated Content"). We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide or the content generated.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Support will be provided if the Service does not perform its intended function.

In no event shall Ido Bruker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes in accordance with Atlassian Marketplace standards, which may include posting a notice within the Service or sending an email.
